2. License Agreement

By registering with Clonu.ai, the user receives a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and time-limited right to use our software.

This right of use applies exclusively for the duration of the booked service (day or week) and includes:

• Access to the Clonu.ai platform
• Configuration of the chatbot
• Processing of your own WhatsApp messages
• Use of the software functions within the intended scope

No ownership rights are transferred.
The user does not receive any rights to the source code, technical components, or internal system processes.

2.1. Permitted use

Use is permitted exclusively for:

• your own business or private purposes
• communication via your own WhatsApp number
• the operation of an automated chatbot in accordance with the functions offered

The software may only be used in the manner in which it is technically provided.

2.2. Prohibited uses

Without prior written permission, it is strictly prohibited to:

• copy, store, reproduce, or make publicly available the software or parts thereof
• reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to analyze the source code
• technically manipulate or hack the service
• circumvent security features
• using the software as the basis for your own technical product or competing system
• reselling Clonu.ai to third parties or granting sublicenses
• sending automated mass messages, unless expressly provided for in the bot settings
• using the service for criminal or youth-endangering content (e.g., content involving minors)

2.3. Rights to user-generated content

(e.g., chat histories, bot scripts, texts, media)

This content remains the property of the user.

The user grants us a technically necessary, non-exclusive right of use to:

• Store content
• Process it
• Output it for the chatbot function
• Use it within the scope of service operation

We do not use this data for analysis, marketing, or disclosure purposes.

2.4. Duration of the right of use

The right of use begins with the successful activation of the booked period (e.g., daily or weekly package) and ends automatically upon its expiration.

After expiration:

• use is deactivated
• remaining data can be deleted by the user
• a new right of use only arises through a new booking

3. Trademark protection

“Clonu.ai,” the logo, and other designations are protected trademarks.
Use without express consent is not permitted.

4. Enforcement of rights

Moonrock International Ltd. reserves the right, in the event of violations of copyright or licensing rights, to:

• Block or delete accounts
• Take civil action
• Assert claims for damages
• File criminal charges in the event of serious violations (e.g., child pornography, hacking)

5. Disclaimer for user content

The user is solely responsible for:

• Messages sent via their WhatsApp number
• Image, video, or text material that they upload
• Compliance with third-party copyrights
• Compliance with criminal law provisions
• Protection of minors (mandatory: 18+)

Clonu.ai accepts no liability for the content or activities of users.

6. Changes to these license terms

Moonrock International Ltd. reserves the right to amend these provisions in the event of technical or legal changes.
